The brief

Havant Learning Disability Small Shared Living Service will deliver a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions and other assessed social care needs in a small accommodation based service in Havant.

The service is located in a 4 bedroom house with an adjoining annexe.

The service will be for people with complex needs who may also at times present with behaviour that challenges.

The County Council will develop a compatible group of service users to move into the property in collaboration with the Support Provider.

Support activities may include, but are not limited to; Personal care, behavioural support, support with medication, tenancy related support, leisure, occupational and vocational support in the community and support for family carers.

This contract will be let for 3 years, with the option to extend for a period of 2 years, followed by another period of 2 years (3+2+2).
