The brief

Aligned to the PCN Maturity Matrix, SCW is supporting the development of Primary Care Networks.

SCW's Primary Care team is a leading provider of Primary Care expertise, particularly in the context of Primary Care Transformation.

The current OD team in SCW is small in number and demand is progressively increasing.

SCW is looking for additional OD expertise to support a range of OD activities with a particular focus on the development of Primary Care Networks including Clinical Director Development Programmes and the provision of bespoke PCN development initiatives.

The Clinical Director Development Programme will consist of a series of events delivered across an 18 month period with content ranging from understanding the rationale for change, developing understanding of self and leadership as well as PCN development.

Specific event content is subject to change as it will be tailored according to the needs of the cohort.

Bespoke PCN development initiatives will be provided in the form of workshops delivered across an 18 month period.

SCW will work with Consultancy providers to determine the appropriate deployment of practitioners to support the provision of commissioned activity, ensuring effective delivery and value for money for customers and SCW.

As such, SCW is looking to partner with up to 4 organisations' that have access to a number of skilled OD practitioners with proven track records of delivering effective Primary Care focused OD interventions and working in partnership with another organisation.
