The brief

Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide hardstanding to the frontage of Council properties including if necessary the construction of pavement crossings.

The purpose of this work is to provide off-road vehicle parking.The projected budget for this work over the course of the contract is £120k per annum.Nevertheless, the Client does not guarantee the volume of work on any resulting contract.All Tenderers must hold a relevant Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certificate which includes Construction Contractor, Principal Contractor , CDMC, Designer, Group and Non-Construction as part of the SSIP audit.
