Cafcass are procuring services to enable us to appoint a supplier for our annual staff engagement survey, the supplier will plan and produce all aspects of the Cafcass Annual Survey.
We are looking to have a contract in place by February 2025 to begin the survey design and build with a view to running our next full staff survey in November 2025.
Alternating each year thereafter between a shorter pulse survey and full survey creating a 12-month staff survey cycle.
Example: Contract begins for survey design and build - February 2025 Full staff survey - November 2025 Shorter pulse survey - November 2026 Full staff survey - November 2027 Possible extension for next pulse survey - Nov 2028 Possible extension for next full survey - May 2029 The supplier will work closely with Cafcass to develop a high-quality annual staff engagement survey.
Cafcass are looking for an expert partner, with experience of working with complex public sector organisations, that can apply their field experience and best-practice recommendations to help solve organisational problems.
Surveys will be commissioned as and when required.
It is expected that we will be running our next full staff survey in November 2025.
Alternating each year thereafter between a shorter pulse survey and full survey creating a 12-month staff survey cycle however this is indicative only and spend will be dependent on requirements during this period.
Please note Cafcass does not guarantee any minimum level of spend under this contract.
This will be dependent on budget availability during the contract period and organisational need.
