Lincolnshire County Council are looking to purchase a minimum of 2 wheeled loading shovels for use at their waste transfer stations, this number may increase up to a maximum of 5 wheeled loading shovels during the life of the contract.
Expressions of interest shall be submitted via the Pro-Contract Due-North portal no later than 27th November 2020 at 12.00 noon.
We also ask organisations who are expressing an interest to please complete a pre-market engagement questionnaire which is published alongside this PIN Notice.
As part of this pre-market engagement questionnaire Suppliers are invited to attend a suppliers day at Lincolnshire County Council's Waste Transfer Station.
The aim of these suppliers days is to give the market an opportunity to see the wheeled loading shovels intended working environment, and for suppliers to inform the Council as to the requirements for an appropriate loading shovel for the work environment.
In order to be able to maintain social distancing, and manage numbers on site Lincolnshire County Council shall ask suppliers to provide their preferred days and times for visiting the waste transfer stations, on the premarket engagement questionnaire.
This shall be confirmed by Lincolnshire County Council, however Lincolnshire County Council cannot guarantee all suppliers will be able to attend on their preferred time and date, but every effort will be made to accommodate all suppliers wishing to attend.
LCC will consider all questionnaires completed.
