This initiative is a part of a broader effort to make the South West one of the most digitally enabled regions in England, catering to its diverse geography including coastal, rural, and older populations.
The SW Digital Neighbourhoods Programme (DNP) are looking to do an evaluation piece with the aim to help drive change as well as a record of the journey and will address the process, impact and economic questions; therefore, this will require a mixed method approach.
The programme will cover a number of areas of impact for health and care systems, and have positive consequence for wider communities.
