PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property.
The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements.
In summary, the works include the following; • Re-modelling / replacement of existing flat roof structure to side elevation. • Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property, to include new kitchen and bathroom suites. • Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. • Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. • External landscaping works to provide level access and egress.
Site Visits The property will be made available for inspection on the 22nd April 2022 between 10 and 11.30am.
