***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation DDaT19086 003 - The contract has been extended by a further 12 months.

The total value for the optional extension is £427,460.00 excluding VAT.

The option to extend the contract was provided for as an optional extension in the original procurement.

Contract Variation DDaT19086 002 - The contract has been varied to replace the current Workday Planning tool which is no longer in development with the Workday Adaptive Planning Tool.

No costs are associated with this amendment.

Contract Variation DDaT19086 001 - The contract has been varied to acquire Workday payroll licences from 28/09/2019 through to 27/07/2021.

The Total value of this variation is £117,007.00.

This was part of the original contract and procurement *** Please note this is an award notice not a call for competition*** United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI) have put in place a contract for the purchase of 677 licences for a cloud based HR, Finance and Payroll system.

Under this contract UKRI will have access to: Workday Human Capital Management; Workday Cloud Connect for third party payroll; Workday Recruiting; Workday Core Financials; Workday Procurement; and Workday Planning and Expenses This contract is for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years on an annual basis.

This contract has been awarded in alignment with the CCS RM1557.10 G Cloud 10 framework.
