The brief

Phase 1 of a phase 2 scheme and covers approximately half of the existing building.

Works include the removal of existing heat emitters, with the installation of new low surface temperature radiators along with localised heating pipework modifications to suit.

Boxing in of exposed pipework will also be required.

It is understood that there may be some asbestos presence in the voids below the school.
