The brief

The Council of the City of Wakefield will be undertaking a call for further competition under the YPO Enforcement Agency Services DPS pursuant to the requirements of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and the procedures laid down in the DPS.

Only those suppliers registered on the DPS will be invited to participate.

Any potential supplier who is not already appointed to the DPS has the opportunity to submit an indicative tender.

All indicative tenders will be evaluated on the same Selection Criteria as those suppliers already appointed to the DPS.

Click on the appropriate tender under 'Latest Opportunities' 3.

Click 'Register Interest' located under 'Main Contract Detail' 4.

Click 'ok' Suppliers have 10 working days from the date of this notice to submit an indicative tender, after which YPO will evaluate the submissions against the Selection Criteria and notify suppliers if their submission has been accepted or rejected within 5 working days.

Where a submission is rejected feedback will be provided.

YPO's decision is final as to whether or not a supplier is admitted to the DPS.

If a submission is rejected the supplier can submit a new indicative tender at a later date however the supplier will be excluded from the Council's further competition if they are not admitted to the DPS prior to the issue of the Council's invitation to tender.

The Council of the City of Wakefield will be undertaking a call for further competition under the YPO Enforcement Agency Services DPS pursuant to the requirements of the Concession Contracts Regulations2016 and the procedures laid down in the in the DPS to enter into a concession contract under which the Council will entrust the provision of the enforcement agency services to concessionaires in relation to debts accruing regarding non-payment of the following: Council Tax; Business Rates; BID Levy; Civil Parking Enforcement; Overpaid Housing Benefits Debt Recovery; Sundry Income Debt Recovery including High Court Enforcement; Miscellaneous Debt Recovery together with the following ancillary services:; Tracing Service The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for first line referrals and a different supplier for second line referrals under services concession contracts.

Successful suppliers must be able to provide all of the abovementioned services which will be described in more detail in the tender documents to be published under the call for competition.

Only those suppliers registered under the DPS will be invited to tender in the further call for competition process.
