University of London and University of London International Academy Website Redevelopment
The University requires an experienced digital agency to work with on the redevelopment of both the University of London (UoL) and University of London International Programmes (UoLIA) websites.
The scope of works include stakeholder engagement (e.g. through workshops); UX and IA development and testing; content planning and migration; Drupal 8 build and configuration; visual design that includes creative concepts, content styles, iconography and visual production (adhering to our current brand principles) and HTML and CSS theming, analytics configuration and user testing.
This is the first stage of a 2 stage tender process.
Stage 1 is a PQQ which will assess supplier capability, experience and financial standing to determine if they are capable of delivering the services required.
Suppliers who successfully complete the PQQ may be invited to tender, depending on their PQQ score and the number of suppliers shortlisted.
It is anticipated that no more than 5 suppliers will be shortlisted, however the number of suppliers shortlisted is entirely at the University’s discretion.
The PQQ and tender documents can be found online on the Proactis e-tendering system here: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login.
This tender will be conducted electronically and tenderers can register on Proactis for free.
Once registered the project can be found in the “Opportunities” section; all PQQ and tender details can be found in the documents on the Proactis site.
Suppliers are strongly advised to read these thoroughly before deciding to bid.
For audit purposes all queries must be raised online through the Proactis messaging service ONLY; queries submitted by external e mail, phone or in person will not be taken and tenderers will be referred to the Proactis online system.
Suppliers must complete the PQQ and return both via Proactis before 12:00pm on 5 October 2015.
