Progress Housing Group are refurbishing the boardroom facilities located at the Sumner House office in Leyland.
This will require upgrading the electrical services including lighting, reconfiguring the layout of the floor space, replacing the ceiling tiles, procuring suitable furniture and equipment as specified and decorating the workspace including replacing the flooring and providing viewing panels in the boardroom doors.
The winning contractor will be appointed as Principle Designer and Principle Contractor and will project manage the works for the length of the project appointing sub-contractors where necessary.
The project will be required to start week commencing 9th September with completion early October.
The office at Sumner House will remain open throughout the length of this project and noise will need to be managed where works that are excessively noisy being carried out, out of hours either at the weekend or in the evenings.
