Provision and Implementation of a new Control Room Solution

Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority (the Authority) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract for the provision and implementation of a replacement ESN ready / future proofed Computer Aided Despatch System (CAD) and Integrated Communication and Control System (ICCS), which shall include the following: 1) Provision of all hardware, including but not limited to workstation and server based hardware; 2) Provision of the Core Command and Control Software; and 3) Provision of maintenance and support services throughout the life of the contract.

The Authority are seeking to view current ICCS and CAD systems available and ask for interest from the market to host the Authority to demonstrate how their solutions will meet our current and future requirements.
