Generally Appointment The College wishes to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced Project Manager to carry out project management services in connection with the College's intention to develop and extend existing College buildings to provide modern teaching, administration and support services in a remodelled workshop accommodation at the College's Olive Grove and City College Construction Campuses.
Background Project Brief The purpose of this project is to facilitate the transfer of the plumbing curriculum from Olive Grove to a new mezzanine in the joinery workshops and to upgrade the vacated accommodation in Olive Grove for a new Robotics and IT curriculum centre.
The Initial Feasibility drawings and cost plans and cash-flow have been attached to this document. (ref Appendices 3 and 4).
This project is currently the subject a bid to the LEP, the results of which will not be known until summer 2019
