Arts University Bournemouth has won funding from the European Social Innovation Fund to work with Small Medium Enterprises (SME's), Social Enterprises (SE's) and Start-ups in the Dorset region.
The purpose of the funding is to give digital and creative businesses support in Research & Innovation - developing new products and services to grow their businesses.
As part of this programme AUB are developing their existing workshop to include equipment that would be of particular benefit to SME's, SE's and Start-Ups.

The University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the construction work in refurbishing part of the University's Workshop prior to the delivery of the new machinery which is to be housed within the Workshop.
The project involves minor refurbishment works including demolition, structural works, flooring, joinery, ceiling works, plumbing and electrical works.
