HMRC is seeking to appoint a supplier to develop and deliver external assessment services for the HMRC Grade 7 Tax Professional programme.

The services will be delivered to approximately 500 learners over the lifetime of the contract.
The contract will run for up to 36 months and will include both development and delivery phases.
HMRC may require optional services during the contract term, including adjustments to scope, volumes, or duration, in accordance with the contract terms.
