The Council wishes to procure a provider to deliver a health and wellbeing service to young adults (16-25) within the borough of Walsall.

The Provider shall develop and maintain an up-to-date website or app which signposts to the widest range of local services for young adults.

This should be developed with and by young adults themselves and include regular social media marketing.

The Provider shall develop at least three hubs in Walsall as suitable spaces for young adults to receive health and well-being support and signposting to suitable services.

The Provider shall establish a group of qualified and accredited mentors with suitable governance to support young adults (16-25) primarily with emotional health and wellbeing issues.

The value of the contract is £120,000 per annum with a lifetime value of £360,000 over 3 years.
