The following is provided as a summary only:- • Stripping off of the existing slates and ridge tiles • Replace rotten valleys and rafters • Upgrade insulation and slate underlay • Reinstate the slates and replace all lead soakers and flashings. • Repair and decorate gutters and down pipes. • Chimney repair and pointing including flaunching. • Re pointing of the building. • Sliding sash window repairs Please note: Accompanied site visits are a condition to tender, dates will be published via the YORtender messaging portal.
