NS&I has a requirement for a service provider to provide reprographic and typesetting services to include the provision of the following: a) Provide typesetting and reprographic services for production and revision of new/existing brochures, leaflets, reports (including NS&I's Annual Report and Accounts), and other printed material.
NS&I's Annual Report and Accounts to be laid before Parliament. b) Offer proof-reading services. c) Supply print-ready artwork in specified format and liaise where necessary with print buyers and printers; d) Offer short run print services, including for brochures, leaflets and exhibition collateral. e) Create fully accessible PDFs for use with screen readers software and tagging, meeting the standards of WCAG 2.1 AA f) Provide a secure editing platform / editing software for multiple NS&I users to be able to access, so that they can feed-in / request edits and amends to a wide variety of NS&I documents, for the typesetters to action and produce revised proofs of the report, until final completion. g) Securely store all original artwork handed over by agency, and recover when required h) Ensure easy communications of large files by providing access to a secure FTP site. i) On occasions, for example when NS&I's interest rates change, provide amendments to affected documents within a 24-hour turnaround. j) Capability to produce versions of documents in Gov Speak and/or HTML. k) ISO9001 Quality Management accreditation is desirable. l) BPSS vetting required m) Cyber Essentials accreditation required n) Written confirmation of all Charges incurred to be advised to the Buyer within 7 calendar days of request.
Contract duration: 24 months, plus two further optional extensions of 12 months each.
