To commission an E-Scooter operator to deliver the Gloucestershire E-Scooter Trial in Gloucester and Cheltenham in compliance with the Department for Transport's UK Trial from 1st July 2023 until May 2024.

The successful contractor, will demonstrate a safe and accessible scheme which reflects value for money, social value and decarbonisation strategy. \r TUPE\r There is a TUPE implication to the Procurement. \r In order to obtain the TUPE details you will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Certificate (Appendix A). \r The Confidentiality Certificate (Appendix A) should be returned via Supplying the South West. https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/\r Please ensure you use the messaging functionality to return the duly signed Confidentiality Agreement. \r Upon receipt of the signed documentation, TUPE information will be issued through the e-procurement system to that Tenderer.\r Please note that if you do not obtain the TUPE information your bid may be regarded as non-compliant.\r
