Industry and health transformational change community

The New Care Models programme is looking to procure a supplier to develop and provide a series of events between industry and vanguard sites to facilitate learning on experiences, opportunities and challenges across sectors.

Each event should provide an opportunity for professionals from one (or more) vanguard sites to work with another organisation in a different sector to obtain first-hand experience to their approach to specific issues, benefiting from a deeper understanding of the other’s structures, ways of working and operational constraints.

The events should also provide an opportunity for enhanced networking and extended peer level contacts and networks across sectors.

The supplier will need to demonstrate a comprehensive industry network to leverage for the shared learning and a tested and evaluated model for how the events would be designed and delivered.
