In order to achieve this, the provider is required to work closely with commissioners, health services, social care services and other local care services.
The provision of the Lymphoedema Service, the Dressing Optimisation Scheme, and the Hosiery Management Scheme are a key part of this local transformation.
City and Hackney CCG is considering awarding the contract for these services to Accelerate CIC from April 2017 under regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The award of contract will coincide with the expiry of the current contract with Accelerate CIC for the Lymphoedema Service and Dressing Optimisation Scheme.Organisations or individuals that would like to engage with the CCG to help inform their decision should respond to the email address listed in Annex 3 addressing all of the points listed there.
