This contract will be to provide: -A three-star gas service for a number of EMH (EMH Housing and Regeneration, and EMH Care and Support) properties -A three-star gas service for all Rural Housing Association properties -A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration's In-house Maintenance Services ('IMS') outside of operational hours
