Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and new build extension works on one of their properties Inglewood, Coppull.
RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property.
The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements.
In summary, the works include the following; - Single storey extension to side and rear of property. - Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters. - Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment. - Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. - Extensive groundworks to the rear garden area.
