£125,000 — awarded.
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the lower-middle of the Hospitality & Catering band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 3,335 valued Hospitality & Catering tenders in our corpus.
The Air Festival Hospitality consists of a covered marquee with a kitchen and decking area in a prime location on the seafront where guests book a ticket for the day to include, food, some drink and entertainment.
There is also some private charity and corporate evening functions and a business engagement breakfast meeting. \r \r For 2022 the Council is seeking to expand the pop-up catering offer on the beaches and help create a more vibrant environment.
As part of this plan there is an opportunity to extend the use of the Air Festival hospitality site into a summer restaurant for a 5-week period.
The Air Festival model has worked in previous years for the 4-day event and therefore we will extend the usage to 5 weeks which maximises the site and fixed costs.
