Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the appropriate Adult Service contract.
The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open Non EU, Request For Quote procedure, as required by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015).
The key objectives of this service are to provide timely and trained staff to attend any Custody Suite within the contract or other designated Police Stations on behalf of Hull Youth Justice Service as agreed to act as Appropriate Adults for young people.
The service will commence 1 April 2018 for a period of 3 years ending 31 March 2021.
No extensions will be granted to this contract.
This is a fixed price contract.
The contracted hourly rate for this service will be �33.00 per hour inclusive of all costs.
This rate is fixed for the duration of the contract term.
