This will include upgrading to LED fittings and installing appropriate lighting controls.
UWE will likely invest approximately £1m over the next 18 months, starting with a project of around £500k this spring/summer 2018 in the Exhibition and Conference Centre.
UWE will specify the designs and fittings that are to be used.
We are looking for a contractor to supply, install and commission.
You will work with UWE's Electrical Engineers and Energy Team to undertake the work.
All contractors to the UWE estate must attend a site induction and have valid UKATA asbestos training certificates.
