Background Information Border Force is a law enforcement command within the Home Office and secures the UK border by carrying out immigration and customs controls for people and goods entering the UK.

As part of this, the UK operates juxtaposed controls at the French side of the Channel Tunnel (Coquelles), where UK immigration and customs controls are carried out.

The Secretary of State for the Home Department acting through Border Force (the Authority) is seeking a Contractor to transport non-detained person(s) and their personal baggage from the UK control zone at the Channel Tunnel Terminal in Coquelles (France) to Folkestone in the UK, via minibus or coach, 24/7.
