Leaseholder Scheme Grounds Maintenance
As part of Accent's new growth led corporate strategy, Accent's leaseholder team is looking for multiple Contractor(s) to deliver, comprehensive Grounds Maintenance services to its leaseholder schemes.
The Grounds Maintenance services are based on 4 lots, Contractors are able to bid for a single lot or multiple lots.
Contractors may only win a maximum of three (3) lots.
No variant bids will be accepted.
The contract period is for 48 weeks only, covering the following areas and split into 4 Lots as noted below with a contract commencement date of 2nd March 2020 for each lot.
Lot No Schemes Area 1 2 Leeds 2 5 Bradford/Leeds 3 2 Wakefield/Sherburn in Elmet 4 3 Ilkley/Grassington It is recommended Contractors visit and view each scheme in order to understand scheme requirements and provide competitive pricing.
In order to maintain a credible audit trail, all communication must be made via the Due North ProContract Messaging Area, and we will respond via the same method.
We welcome all appropriate engagement, however please note that to preserve the integrity of this competition any attempt to solicit unfair advantage by means of direct communication with any individual at Accent Housing Ltd will result in immediate disqualification/removal.
