The University of Manchester wishes to appoint a number of contractors to undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works.
Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under four lots of ranging values from £1 up to £20,000,000.
In order to appoint a suitable supplier for this purchase we are undertaking a competitive tender under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No.
102) using the Restricted Procedure.
