Royal Borough of Kingston on behalf of the Environment Agency (EA) would like to appoint consultants to undertake two surface water flood risk assessment feasibility studies to investigate the causes of flooding in two critical drainage areas (CDA) in more detail and to provide a range of measures that could be used to understand reduce and/or manage the flood risk.
In addition there is a requirement to provide RBK with technical support to assist with its role as a Lead Local Flood Risk Authority (LLFRA) under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (FRWMA)
