The brief

Worcestershire County Council has secured funding under the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to the worst performing EPC rated properties (EPC rating D, E, F or G) and privately owned domestic properties networks in Bromsgrove District Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Redditch Borough Council and Wychavon District Council.

It is expected this project will result in improvements to approximately 275 to 368 private households over a 2 year period.

The Council have appointed the roles of the Retrofit Advisor, Assessor, Coordinator and Evaluator, as defined by PAS2035:2019 or PAS 2035:2023 (which ever is relevant) for the duration of the project.

The procurement was completed via Nottingham City Council's DPS 6358 agreement on behalf of Midlands Net Zero Hub
