TS16002 - Supply of an Occupational Health Administration Solution and Associated Services

Derbyshire County Council would like to hear from interested suppliers willing to share information about their approach to providing an Occupational Health Administration Solution.

This will enable the Council to better understand the market.

The Council would be particularly interested to hear from suppliers that have a solution which has the following capabilities: • Automatic generation of appointment letters/emails with text reminders; • Data migration of existing data; • Records management; • Pre-populated e-forms; • A reporting system for regular and ad-hoc reports; • Recharging information for Internal and External Partners; • Health Surveillance for recalling and recording ongoing health checks; • Multi location electronic diary; • The ability to integrate with the Council’s ERP System; and • Postcode search functionality to locate a Client’s address.

Suppliers that are interested in responding to this soft market testing request and wish to attend a Supplier Day need to register on the Council’s electronic tendering system and download the available documentation by 11am on 29th April 2016.
