Replacement Distribution Boards, Switchgear, and LV Panels at Sevenoaks Hospital (Main and OPD Buildings), College Road Clinic (Margate)

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement Distribution Boards, Switchgear, and LV Panels at two sites: Sevenoaks Hospital (Main and OPD Buildings), Hospital Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 3PG College Road Clinic (Margate), College Road, Margate, Kent CT9 2RT The following must be valid at the time of bidding and for the duration of all construction works: • All Bidders must be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with a "verified" status. • The Installer must be NICEIC registered. • The Installer must be BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified Sevenoaks Site Visit Date: 23/10/23 College Road Site Visit Date: 25/10/23 Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design, 2016 Edition.

Expressions of interest (EOI) must be submitted via the ProContract Procurement Portal (Proactis) under opportunity number DN691241.

Please note that the Trust reserves the right to instruct additional electrical work to support a separate project.

This work will involve the installation of new power sockets or a panic alarm system while the distribution boards are isolated during their replacement (this is for the Sevenoaks site only) The detailed requirements of this additional work are not yet available and therefore are not included in the detailed scope of works.
