Legal tender PIN Change Grow Live is a social care and health charity that works with individuals who want to change their lives for the better and achieve positive and life-affirming goals.

We have held and developed a relationship with our incumbent Legal Services provider since 2016 but have decided that the time is now right to formally go to market for the service with the new contract commencing Summer 2021.

Spend in 19/20 with the incumbent provider was GBP500k+ across the following category areas (in decreasing value):- -Employment Law -Property Law -Clinical / Medical Law -Coroner Law -Contract Law -Charity Law -Corporate Law (including merger and acquisition) -Ad hoc advisory services We are looking for providers that evidence relevant expertise along with a sound financial footing, a resolute business continuity plan and synergy with our core ethics, values and social responsibilities.

Requirements for prospective tenderers will include: - The ability to demonstrate the requisite expertise and experience in delivering Legal Services outlined above to Third Sector organisations - Dedicated account management that is proactive, responsive and supportive - Evidence of internal quality systems, and quality assurance and governance processes - A transparent and flexible approach - Provision of regular sector specific legal updates and intelligence - Support in ensuring we comply with our statutory obligations - Management information, reports and performance metrics to support the contract; to include reports to enable the efficient validation and payment of invoices - Evidence of a commitment to delivering Social Value Please register your initial interest by 22nd January 2021.
