The brief

Richmondshire District Council wishes to tender for the Provision of Collection and Delivery of Postage with collection from Mercury House within centre of Richmond town centre.

The requirement is to appoint a supplier who is able to provide delivery of the service by using the RM1063 Framework and carrying out Mini Competition of lot 1.

As part of this tender, RDC are also looking for a supplier who can fully comply with the specification, ensuring they provide the appropriate level of customer service and management support.

The contract will be for a 2-year term + opportunity for a 2 x 1-year extension at the discretion of the Council.
