Richmondshire District Council wishes to tender for the Provision of a Brickwork provider, to support the repairs/maintenance of the Council's housing stock.

Tenderers should note that not all of the Council's housing stock are located within the central Richmond area.
Richmond District is a rural area therefore road network limitations can present significant access problems and travel times.

The successful tenderers will enter into a 24 months agreement with a possible 2 x 12 month extension which is at the Councils discretion.
