The brief

Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) is a Multi-Academy Trust based in Bradford providing education for young people between the ages 2-18.

In line with public procurement regulations the Trust is tendering for the provision of budget software.

The initial contract will be for 3 years, with the option to extend for another 2 years.

The system needs to be in place by 31st January 2024.

Budget Software requirements include: MAT oversight; Budget parameters that can be controlled and set centrally; cloud-based system with live updates; access all data from one security access; updates applied globally at same time; exportable data into Excel; importable data for new schools or payroll updates; compatible with Finance software (IRIS PSF) upload budget into finance system.

Reports to be available: Payroll reconciliation; Trust and School level reports for budget forecasting and 3 year budgets; reports to be compatible with ESFA data requirements.

Budget software support requirements: Telephone/email/live chat support; support for school level and Trust; training available for new users; system functionality manual; quick response to queries.
