Collaborative Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Vehicle Recovery and Dispoal Managed Service
The framework agreement will be for 3 years with an option to extend for another 12 months, making the possible term 4 years and will allow all Police and Crime Commissioners for the forces listed on the website http://apccs.police.uk/find-your-pcc/ along with the following public authorities to utilise the framework: Surrey Fire & Rescue, East Sussex Fire & Rescue, West Sussex Fire & Rescue, Surrey County Council, Brighton & Hove City Council, East Sussex County Council, West Sussex County Council, Wealden District Council, Rother District Council, Lewes District Council, Hastings Borough Council, Eastbourne Borough Council, Adur District Council, Arun District Council, Chichester District Council, Crawley Borough Council, Horsham District Council, Mid Sussex District Council, Worthing Borough Council and South East Coast Ambulance Service.
The estimated total value of the framework agreement is £160,000,000.00 which is based on estimated statutory and non statutory recoveries for all police forces in the UK.
Many of the individual forces have expressed an interest in this framework but there is no commitment from any potential contract participants to utilise the framework.
Any named participants can raise a call-off contract during the term of this framework agreement but for a maximum term of 5 years only.
The tender process for this framework will be conducted via the EU Supply tendering portal using the open procedure.
The Invitation to Tender has been published with this notice and to access this document prospective tenderers are required to register on eu-supply.com.
All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by 12:00 midday on Wednesday 19th August 2015.
Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted.
Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response.
The PCC for Surry reserves the right not to award a framework and is not liable for any costs incurred by any prospective tenderers.
It is anticipated that the framework will be awarded in October 2015.
