This RFI seeks information from vendors regarding a HR/L&D and OD Enterprise platform (with CRM, Service Desk, Automated GenAI support, Forms/Workforces, intelligent automation/Agentic AI and single UI for all core connected systems) and the underlying data infrastructure/architecture (data layer to extract and transform/ write back into core People systems (multiple instances) and a cloud based data storage/processing layer) to inform a potential future procurement.
Responses will be used to understand market capabilities, implementation approaches, pricing models, interoperability, security/compliance, and support options.
