Expressions of Interest: Westminster City Council Housing Play Areas Inspection, Maintenance and Refurbishment services

Westminster City Council are seeking Expressions of Interest in delivering Playground Inspection, Maintenance and Refurbishment Services for play areas on Housing Land.

The contract will be let for a duration of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1-year increments.

The scope of the contract is: 1.

Playground Inspection, Maintenance and repair, to include: A.

Playground and outdoor gym equipment inspection, maintenance and repair.

B.

Sporting equipment inspection, maintenance and repair e.g. goals, nets, posts.

C.

Outdoor ground covers inspection, maintenance and repairs e.g. impact absorbing materials, wetpour and synthetic turfs.

D.

Play area gates inspection, maintenance and repair.

2.

Planned renovations at existing sites, to include: A.

Supply and installation of new playground and equipment.

B.

Supply and installation of new outdoor gym equipment.

C.

Supply and installation of new sporting equipment e.g. goals, nets and posts.

D.

Supply and installation of new surfacing e.g. impact absorbing materials, wet pour, synthetic turf, sports pitches/courts.

E.

Supply and installation of gates for play and sporting areas.
