Ventilation Ductwork Cleaning Services

Gentoo are currently seeking to procure a ventilation ductwork cleaning company to provide services to its high-rise stock and specialist medium-rise stock.

There are 30 buildings in total, 23 of which are high-rise, and each requires ventilation ductwork cleansing throughout.

It is proposed that all works are completed within a 4-year period, dependent upon budget requirements.

There will also be a requirement to provide ventilation survey services, prior to commencement of the works.

There will be a further requirement to access each individual property in which the ventilation ductwork serves to ascertain its condition, clean it where possible and to recommend repair or renewal works where necessary.
