The brief

On the 5th April 2017 in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO), in partnership with Crown Commercial Services, established a framework for the Supply of Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services RM3790 (The Framework).

Contracting Authorities as defined in the OJEU Notice for The Framework are able to access The Framework, confirming their agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions contained herein.

On 8th February 2018, YPO, on behalf of LEP Contracting Authorities, took the requirements for Water and Wastewater Services to market, via a Further Competition under LOT 3 of The Framework, in order to secure the most economically advantageous Contractor.
