Economics of Education Research Centre
DfE is preparing to procure two pilot Research Centres, one on educational neuroscience and one on the Economics of Education.
These Research Centres will produce high-quality, timely, policy-relevant evidence and advice.
They will conduct a programme of work agreed in advance with DfE but also retain capacity for responsive work.
The Economics of Education Research Centre will explore the effects of education on economic and social outcomes, conducting empirical analysis to guide future policy decisions while building our evidence base.
The centre will also build capability in the application of economics across the department.
We will be holding online supplier events in November: - Tuesday 25th November, 3-4pm for the Economics of Education Research Centre.
