Quotation for McAfee Licence Renewals CPS 307 This is an Invitation to Quote with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document, following consideration of which the Quotation submission should be completed and returned by all suppliers who wish to quote for the requirement described in the following pages.

Sandwell Council are looking for software renewals for McAfee licences for the following products: Product MFE EP Threat Protection 1 Yr BZ (P+ ) Amount 5001 MFE Complete Data Prtxn 1Yr BZ (P+) Amount 75 for The above renewal is for two Years The below renewal is for one year MFE HIP for Svrs 1Yrs BZ ( P+ ) Amount 112 MFE MOVE AV for Virtual Servers OS 1YRBZ Amount 112 Please note, MFE EP Threat Protection and MFE Complete Data is for 2 years and the MFE HIPS and MFE Move is for 1 year only.

The dates of the renewal will need to be a day after the current licences expire.

We also require an ePo Health check as part of the total price.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.

To submit a quotation you will be required to 'Opt In'.
