The brief

The principle objective of this project is to market this development opportunity to achieve expeditious delivery of a residential scheme.

It is expected that the successful consultant will work to achieve the project objectives through provision of professional advice in support of Homes England's internal approvals and disposal process within agreed timescales by successfully identifying a purchaser and helping a legal agreement to be completed.

Key Deliverables: STAGE 1: To undertake soft market testing (with Homes England) and provide market commentary to support Homes England's G3 approval (Approval of Disposal Process and Evaluation Criteria).

STAGE 2: Assuming that a policy compliant disposal via DPP3 is confirmed, preparation for, and undertaking the marketing of the site to the Homes England's Delivery Partner Panel and management of the procurement process.

STAGE 3: Evaluation of ITT tender returns and advice on the selection of a preferred development partner.very Partner Panel and management of the procurement process.

STAGE 4: Provision of negotiation support in concluding the Building Lease with the preferred developer.
