Mobile Working, Electronic Document Management and CRM

Herefordshire Housing Group (HHG) are looking for a suite of products that integrate with the CORE housing application (Orchard 2010 A10_06 / 2010 A14_99).

These products will also need to seamlessly integrate fully with each other.

Due to the integrity and integration of the requirement HHG wish that only one supplier will be providing the solution.

This will help with one point of contact if and when required for design, build and fault finding and most of all provide a fully end to end solution.

HHG are looking to implement an Electronic Document Management system, which will integrate with a mobile solution that has the controls of a Customer Relationship Management module.

These are fully underpinned by the use of the Orchard Housing application which is already in place.

HHG need a provider that can fully understand the requirements of a housing organisation and using their knowledge be able to provide expertise in the design and implementation of their given solution.

The solution will be implemented in section and therefore each application will need to be able to operate as a standalone product as well as a fully integrated system, but in each case the Orchard Housing system is always the CORE application.

All information and data will always relate to Orchard and this information / data takes precedent over any other system.

The contract will run for 5 years, effective from May 2016.
