The brief

The supply of paints, chalks crayons and other art-related materials for educational use for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester.

This will includes; powder, ready-mixed, PVA, washable, glitter, water colours, face-paints, oil based and acrylics, craft paints, inks and dyes for textiles such as glass, fabric and ceramics as well as chalks, crayons and pastels.

Lot 1 - Poster Paints Lot 2 - Artists Paints Lot 3 - Acrylic Paint Systems Lot 4 - Inks Lot 5 - Dyes Lot 6 - Tools Lot 7 - Chalks, Pastels etc.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 23 months.

The total estimated value stated (which is captured in this notice as a Value excluding VAT) includes the option period.

This contract will contain a contract monitoring clause which will require suppliers to ensure that there is no material detrimental change in their financial standing and/or their credit rating (as determined by use of a Credit Reference Agency).

Bi-annual review meetings will be held.
