The brief

A contract to fully deliver the following key high level requirements: •All FCA Users will be migrated to Lightning with no exceptions •All processes will continue to function with no degradation •There will be no negative impact to any internal, external, upstream or downstream systems / processes •ESS to be fully integrated with Intact without the need for manual intervention •SMR Pilot to be built, productionised, and rolled out to users.

There is a requirement to upgrade the current Salesforce platform from the Classic Version to Lightning and ensure all existing processes continue to operate with no breaks, downtime or operational impacts.

In addition, there is a requirement to implement effective governance, Centre of Excellence and improve the DevOps up to the standards required to effectively manage this platform.

To support the above objective and additional requirements, an FCA Salesforce 2.0 LiteStart Roadmap with associated documentation has been created.

This document covers the above objective under the Brilliant Basics section, plus and additional item to formally migrate the users over to Lightning.

With the exception of Lightning migration, Phase 1,2 and 3 are not part of this scope
