The brief

In this instance, ESPO is working on behalf of Leicestershire County Council to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of accommodation with varying levels of support for young people aged 16+.

The service will provide flats or rooms within shared housing, with support staff available on-site.

The support element is aimed at providing service users with the life skills required to seek their own accommodation and sustain long-term independent tenancy.

Eligible service users include young people aged 16+ who are looked after by or leaving the care of the Council, including unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASC) and those in the criminal justice system who cannot return home for bail or remand purposes.

Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Supported Accommodation Lot 1.1 - Intensive Housing Management Supported Accommodation for UASC Lot 2 - Semi Independent Accommodation Lot 2.1 - Semi Independent Accommodation for UASC Lot 2.2 - Semi Independent Accommodation for UASC aged 18+ Lot 3 - Independent Accommodation with Floating Support Lot 3.1 - Independent Accommodation with Floating Support for UASC The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
